Intellectual property & original designs
All Tropical Syndicate names, logos, artwork, graphics, illustrations, designs, slogans, photographs, product imagery, website content, and other original creative materials are owned by or licensed to Tropical Syndicate and may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a Tropical Syndicate product gives you ownership of the physical product purchased. It does not transfer ownership of or grant a license to reproduce, distribute, manufacture, sell, or commercially use the artwork, graphics, branding, or designs appearing on that product.
Tropical Syndicate designs and creative materials may not be copied, traced, reproduced, recreated, modified, distributed, manufactured, resold as designs, uploaded to print-on-demand services, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Tropical Syndicate.
Tropical Syndicate reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect its intellectual property against unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use.
Product information & availability
Tropical Syndicate works to display product descriptions, colors, graphics, photographs, sizing information, and other details as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, garment material, printing process, and individual product.
Because certain Tropical Syndicate products are produced on demand, availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, designs, colors, sizes, or collections at any time.
We also reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, or other website content.
Terms of service
Orders & order acceptance
Placing an order with Tropical Syndicate does not guarantee acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, unauthorized resale activity, or misuse of promotional offers.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information when placing an order. Tropical Syndicate is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Store policies
Promotions, discounts & promotional codes
Tropical Syndicate may occasionally offer discounts, promotional codes, ambassador codes, giveaways, special offers, or other promotions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts and have no cash value. Certain products, collections, or limited releases may be excluded from promotions.
Tropical Syndicate reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or correct a promotion when reasonably necessary, including in cases of errors, misuse, fraud, or unauthorized distribution of promotional codes.
Promotional codes must be used according to the terms provided with the offer and may expire or be limited to specific products, customers, or time periods.

User content & social media
Tropical Syndicate may feature customer, ambassador, or community content on our website, social media channels, marketing materials, or other brand platforms.
If you voluntarily submit content directly to Tropical Syndicate for promotional use, you confirm that you have the right to share that content and grant Tropical Syndicate permission to use, reproduce, display, and share the submitted content for brand and promotional purposes.
Simply tagging, mentioning, or wearing Tropical Syndicate on social media does not automatically grant Tropical Syndicate permission to use your content in advertising or marketing. We may contact you to request permission before using your content.
You remain the owner of your original content.

Resale & commercial use
Tropical Syndicate products are intended for personal use unless otherwise authorized by Tropical Syndicate.
Purchasing Tropical Syndicate merchandise does not grant permission to reproduce our designs, manufacture products using our artwork or branding, create derivative merchandise, or represent yourself as an authorized Tropical Syndicate retailer, distributor, partner, or affiliate.
Commercial resale, wholesale purchasing, or distribution of Tropical Syndicate products may require prior written authorization from Tropical Syndicate.
Nothing in this section is intended to restrict lawful resale rights that may apply to legitimately purchased physical products. However, resale of a genuine product does not grant any rights to Tropical Syndicate trademarks, copyrighted artwork, branding, or other intellectual property.
